The pass contains four post-launch characters and one playable stage. Phoenix Cyclops is the only confirmed fighter so far. Everything else remains blank until an official announcement says otherwise.

Steam and the PlayStation Store say the remaining pass content is expected by December 31, 2027. That is an outside delivery window, not a schedule for each character and not proof that every item waits until that date.
Character 1

Arc System Works confirmed this Phoenix Five-inspired Cyclops as the first additional Year 1 character. Optic Blasts, hand-to-hand combat and the Phoenix Force are confirmed themes; a full move list is not.

Names found in files or dialogue are not enough to place a fighter in Year 1.

Official, but separate from the pass schedule
PlayStation Blog says Wolverine's Battle Reborn Suit, inspired by Marvel's Wolverine, will be available to all players at no additional cost starting September 1. It is a costume, not one of the four playable-character slots.

Community code-diving posts have circulated character IDs, tag-out dialogue and team or stage names. Doctor Strange, Wasp, Gambit, the Thing and Daredevil are among the names discussed. None has been assigned to Year 1 by an official source.
A file reference can belong to unused content, background dialogue, a later year, a prototype or a non-playable asset. It does not establish a release date, pass slot, final identity or even that the content will ship. We therefore do not create character guides or release pages for those names.
Digital Deluxe and Ultimate include the Year 1 Characters & Stage Pass. Standard does not list it. The higher editions also differ on costumes and lobby cosmetics, so compare the exact contents before paying more.
